Cardio Boxing
A mix of cardio with self-defence roots, this incursion utilises pad work, partner sets, shadow boxing and body weight drills. With benefits including, but not restricted to, improved hand-eye coordination, muscular endurance, reflexes and strength, your students will be run through a range of boxing and safety techniques. The goal is to perfect a range of techniques combinations and stances.

Run Faster. Jump Further
Unsure what the physical strengths of your students are? This incursion is for you. We run a range of physical tests which will help to identify what sports they should consider at a high level. All instructors come trained and experienced. Your students will be challenged as well as inspired.

Health related – strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, cardiovascular fitness.
Skill related – agility, speed, reaction time, coordination and power
