“Nick from Healthy Teens has helped me immensely in my footballing journey. as I am a footballer and he is a soccer coach he gives me specific drills for my flexibility, speed, agility and allot of dynamic stretches. Nick really has the ability to push me past the point of when I thought I could not go any further. By doing all this mobility stretching and agility work I finally have proper self confidence that when I go out on to the footy field, I can have trust that my body won’t let me down and won’t get an injury. Whenever I enter the gym, he is constantly helping the younger people in there making sure their foundations are right so that they can get the best out of themselves in the future. Nick is an expert with all weight sort of training and is always giving me tips on how my form is and what I can improve on.
