My goal when setting up healthyteens.com.au was simply to make a positive difference to the lives of teenagers through structured health and wellness programs. I aim to achieve this by offering a number of services such as the facilitation of a resident personal trainer at local schools for all students to access, personalised fitness and resistance based programs, a range of health seminars as well as outdoor sporting activities.
These programs have been designed to provide your teens with a range of resistance based health options; all aimed at promoting positive and sustainable long term behavioural change!
