Programs are structured around real school environments, available time, group requirements and school priorities.
Focused on Meaningful Development
Sessions connect practical activities with confidence, behaviour, emotional regulation, relationships, wellbeing and personal responsibility.

Help Your School Understand the Impact
Schools need more than an engaging session. They also need to understand what students gained from the experience.
Depending on the program structure, Healthy Teens can include:
✓ Pre and post student surveys
✓ Student reflections and goal setting
✓ Participation and engagement observations
✓ Teacher or wellbeing staff feedback
✓ Attendance information
✓ End of program findings
✓ Recommendations for continuation or expansion
This information can help your team review the program, communicate outcomes to leadership and determine the most appropriate next step.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which students are Healthy Teens programs suitable for?
Programs can be tailored for a wide range of students, including students experiencing disengagement, low confidence, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties or reduced connection with school.
We also support leadership groups, culturally diverse cohorts and students who respond well to practical and movement based learning.
Can the program be tailored to our school?
Yes. Every school and student cohort is different.
We work with your team to understand the students, current concerns, school priorities and desired outcomes before recommending a program structure.
How long do programs run?
Programs can be delivered as a single workshop, a short targeted intervention or a structured multiweek program.
Many schools choose programs lasting between four and eight weeks, although the recommended duration depends on the students and outcomes your school wants to achieve.
How many students can participate?
Group sizes depend on the program, student needs, available space and level of support required.
Smaller groups are generally recommended for targeted mentoring, behaviour support and emotional regulation programs. Larger groups may be suitable for incursions, fitness sessions or keynote presentations.
Are the boxing programs contact based?
No. School boxing programs are delivered as controlled, noncontact fitness and mentoring sessions.
Students may use pads, gloves, fitness drills and partner activities within clear safety expectations. Students do not spar or strike one another.
How do you manage student safety?
Programs are delivered using age appropriate activities, clear behavioural expectations and structured session plans.
Healthy Teens facilitators hold current Working With Children Checks and work with nominated school staff to understand relevant student needs, safety considerations and school procedures before delivery.
Do school staff need to be present?
A school staff member is generally required to remain available during delivery in accordance with the school’s supervision and child safety requirements.
The exact arrangement can be discussed during program planning.
Can you measure and report program outcomes?
Yes. Depending on the program, measurement may include pre and post student surveys, student reflections, participation observations, teacher feedback and attendance information.
Healthy Teens can also provide an end of program summary with findings and recommendations for possible continuation or expansion.
How much do the programs cost?
Pricing depends on the program type, duration, number of students, staffing requirements and location.
After learning more about your students and preferred format, we can provide a clear proposal outlining the recommended program and cost.
Can we begin with one targeted student group?
Yes. Many schools begin with a selected cohort or pilot program.
This allows the school to assess student engagement, gather feedback and determine whether the program should continue, expand or be adapted for another group.
What happens during the initial consultation?
The 15 minute conversation is an opportunity to discuss the students you want to support, the challenges your school is seeing and the outcomes you want to achieve.
You do not need to select a program beforehand. We will listen to your needs and recommend a practical next step.
