Student Wellbeing Programs for Schools That Build Confidence, Improve Behaviour and Reconnect Students
Practical Student Wellbeing Programs for Schools
Practical programs that help students feel capable, connected and ready to grow.
Help Students Reconnect, Build Confidence and Make Better Choices
Healthy Teens partners with schools to deliver practical student wellbeing, mentoring, behaviour intervention, curriculum and fitness programs that support confidence, positive behaviour and stronger school engagement.
From targeted interventions for students experiencing behavioural challenges to customised curriculum programs, specialist education initiatives and school sports development, we work alongside school leaders, teachers and wellbeing teams to create programs that respond to real student needs.
Through movement, mentoring, meaningful conversations and structured learning experiences, we help young people develop confidence, strengthen relationships, take responsibility for their choices and reconnect with learning.
Every program is tailored to your students, school priorities and desired outcomes.

Healthy Teens has supported students and school communities across Victoria, including Haileybury College, Crest Education, Lyndale Secondary College, Cranbourne Secondary College, Cranbourne East Secondary College, Lighthouse Christian College, Noble Park Secondary College, Westall Secondary College, Juniper College and Greater Shepparton Secondary College.
We work collaboratively with schools to complement existing student wellbeing, engagement and educational priorities.
A Pathway to Participation and Progress
Some Students Need More Than Another Classroom Conversation
A student may understand what is expected of them but still struggle to regulate emotions, participate positively, build healthy relationships or see a meaningful direction for their future.
Traditional classroom approaches do not connect with every student.
Healthy Teens creates another point of connection through movement, mentoring, practical challenges and trusted relationships.
Our programs help students feel:
Safe enough to participate
Supported enough to open up
Challenged enough to grow
Capable enough to make better choices
Connected enough to engage more positively with school
Sometimes a different approach is what helps a student take the next step.
Find the Right Support for Your School
Tailored Programs for Different Students, Challenges and Learning Needs
Every school has different priorities. Some need targeted support for challenging behaviour. Others want engaging curriculum delivery, stronger student wellbeing or programs adapted for students with additional learning needs.
Healthy Teens offers specialist programs designed around these different needs.
Student Behaviour Intervention Programs
Address Challenging Behaviour. Build Respect. Encourage Positive Change.
Targeted programs supporting students experiencing behavioural difficulties, disengagement, inappropriate language, harmful peer influences, emotional regulation challenges and difficulties taking responsibility for their actions.
We work alongside school leadership and wellbeing teams to understand existing concerns, reinforce school expectations and develop practical strategies for more positive behaviour.
Programs can address respectful relationships, bullying, personal accountability, conflict, peer pressure and responsible decision making.
Custom Curriculum Programs for Schools
You Provide the Learning Requirements. We Design the Program and Bring It to Life.
Healthy Teens works with schools to transform curriculum requirements into engaging, practical learning experiences.
From Health and Physical Education to applied learning, personal development and wellbeing, we can develop structured programs that connect classroom learning with movement, activities, student workbooks and measurable outcomes.
Schools can engage Healthy Teens for curriculum design, student learning resources, program delivery or a complete package.
Alternative and Specialist Education Programs
Different Students. Different Needs. Programs Designed Around Them.
Adaptable mentoring, fitness and wellbeing programs for alternative education settings, flexible learning environments, specialist schools and neurodivergent learners.
We recognise that students have different communication preferences, sensory needs, learning profiles and engagement styles.
Working collaboratively with school staff, we adapt activities, instructions, pacing and participation options to create supportive, accessible and meaningful learning experiences.

Why Healthy Teens
Real Connections. Practical Learning. Meaningful Student Development.
Relationships Come First
Young people are more likely to participate when they feel respected, understood and supported. Building trust is central to how we work.
Learning Through Experience
We combine movement, discussion, challenges and reflection to help students practise important skills rather than simply hear about them.
Programs Built Around Your School
We adapt our approach to your students, facilities, timetable, learning requirements and wellbeing priorities.
Collaboration With School Staff
We work alongside teachers, wellbeing teams and school leaders to complement existing educational and student support strategies.
A Focus on Meaningful Outcomes
Our programs connect practical experiences with confidence, behaviour, emotional regulation, respectful relationships, engagement and personal responsibility.
Build Confidence. Improve Behaviour. Support Wellbeing.
Our aim is to help students develop skills and habits they can carry beyond the program and into everyday school life.
Safe, Structured and School Appropriate
Student safety, wellbeing and positive participation remain central to every Healthy Teens program.
Our approach includes:
Age appropriate activities and discussions
Clear expectations and behavioural boundaries
Qualified and experienced facilitators
Current Working With Children Checks
Student health and activity screening where required
Risk management and structured session planning
Noncontact delivery for school boxing programs
Activities adapted to relevant learning, physical and support needs
Communication with nominated school staff
Alignment with school supervision, child safety and wellbeing procedures
Before delivery, we work with the school to understand the cohort, relevant health and safety considerations, program environment and supervision requirements.
A safe environment creates the foundation for meaningful participation and learning.
How We Work With Schools
From Your School’s Needs to a Practical Program
1. Understand Your Students
We discuss the students you want to support, current challenges, previous strategies, school priorities and desired outcomes.
2. Design the Right Approach
We recommend a program structure, activities, session format and supporting resources based on your students’ needs.
3. Deliver Engaging Experiences
Our facilitators deliver structured, practical sessions combining movement, discussion, mentoring and reflection where appropriate.
4. Review Progress and Next Steps
Depending on the agreed program, we collect student feedback, assess participation, review learning outcomes and provide recommendations for continued support.
One conversation can be the starting point for a program that makes a meaningful difference.
Measuring Student Progress and Program Impact
More Than an Engaging Session
Schools need to understand not only what was delivered, but also how students responded and what they gained from the experience.
Depending on the program, Healthy Teens can incorporate student surveys, reflections, goal setting activities, participation observations, teacher feedback and progress tracking.
Structured programs may also include an end of program evaluation report highlighting key findings, student feedback and recommendations for future delivery.
This information helps school leaders assess program suitability, understand student experiences and make informed decisions about ongoing support.

Many targeted programs run between four and eight weeks, although duration depends on your students and program objectives.
